Abstract

Decision Intelligence (DI) represents a paradigm shift from static, retrospective
dashboards to dynamic, AI-driven decision ecosystems. This paper examines DI's evolution,
underpinned by advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and
real-time data processing. It explores foundational technologies, methodological frameworks,
and domain-specific applications while addressing ethical challenges and future research
directions. Synthesizing data from industry reports and academic literature up to 2025, this
study provides actionable insights for optimizing decision-making in complex environments.
